Mysore Pak Recipe


Ghee – 3 cups
Sugar – 2 cups
Besan – 1 cup
Milk –  1/2 cup
Water – half cup

Mix all ingedients together in a cooking pan, wok or kadhai (thick bottom).  Stir with spoon to even the batter on full flame until the ghee starts coming out.  The batter will become smooth.  After that pour the batter in a plate or thali.  Mark the cuts and let the batter dry for 30 mins.  Take out the Mysore Pak pieces and serve to your guests.
